NetSuite’s price depends on a handful of factors including the selected product configuration, add-on modules required, total user count and contract duration. Taking these into account, NetSuite’s base license pricing begins at $999 per month with general user access listed at $99 per month. A user license is required for persons in user roles such as a Controller, Sales Manager, Director of Operations, Customer Service Representative, etc. Essentially anyone transacting in the system on a routine basis would require a full end user license.
Additionally, there are other user licenses for those who perform limited tasks or functions within NetSuite such as time entry against a project, enter/view/track accrued PTO or enter/view/track expense reports or those who initiate a purchase requisition. These are referred to as “Self-Service Users” and sold five for the price of one user license.
Finally, there are options for users requiring read-only access to NetSuite data. First, NetSuite data can be exported into Excel or other 3rd party applications via ODBC (SuiteAnalytics Connect) or reports can be scheduled and distributed to non-licensed users via native NetSuite reporting functionality. These reports can be exported into Excel, CSV, PDF or Word.
