Netsuite, leading true SaaS, Cloud Enterprise software is currently having an outage at many locations including NA Central, NA Northwest, and NA East. Many users are unable to access the software properly from the last 12 hours. Users have taken the route of Twitter to express ongoing concerns & outage. Have a look at a few complaints down below.

During our event response at 6 PM CT, we inadvertently marked the existing issue which some of you have been dealing with today as “Resolved”. This was wrong, it was an oversight that has since been corrected. We understand how this incorrect indication may have impacted you and your operations and we apologize for that any other inconvenience it may have caused. The original ongoing status post has been corrected and will continue with updates until the issue is properly closed.
A fix for the performance issues experienced in NA Central, NA Northwest, and NA East today has been implemented and the previous impact has been mitigated. Some lingering intermittent slowness may persist for some customers. The broader fix is at final stages of being rolled out by Engineers.
