This Privacy Policy applies to the Aadiman (HRMS Payroll) extension for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and any related services provided by inoday in connection with the extension. The extension runs entirely within the customer’s Microsoft Business Central online tenant and relies on Microsoft’s cloud infrastructure, security, and compliance controls.

The extension may produce limited technical diagnostics (e.g., error logs, performance traces) strictly for troubleshooting and product improvement. These diagnostics do not contain customer business data or personal data and remain within Microsoft’s cloud context.

Because inoday does not export customer data from the customer’s tenant, no international transfers by inoday occur and no sub‑processors are used by inoday for customer data. Microsoft’s global cloud and compliance controls apply to data stored and processed within the tenant.

inoday does not retain customer application data. Data retention, backup, and deletion policies are governed by the customer’s Microsoft cloud subscription, configuration, and lifecycle settings.

Security incidents concerning customer data in the Microsoft cloud are handled under Microsoft’s cloud security and incident response procedures. inoday will reasonably cooperate with the customer to direct them to Microsoft resources as needed.

Customers can use Microsoft-provided tools and administrative interfaces to discover, access, rectify, restrict, export, or delete personal data within the tenant. Requests should be initiated via the customer’s Business Central administrator and Microsoft’s data subject request (DSR) mechanisms. Aadiman (HRMS Payroll) is intended for business use only and is not directed to children.

The extension does not set cookies or tracking beacons outside Microsoft Business Central.

Aadiman (HRMS Payroll) inherits Microsoft’s cloud security architecture, including encryption in transit and at rest, identity/access controls, and independent audit reports and certifications available through Microsoft’s trust resources.

The extension does not transmit customer data to external services owned by inoday. Any future external integration would require customer configuration and consent in compliance with AppSource policies.

The extension’s UI aligns with Microsoft UI/UX patterns and avoids features that would block accessibility tools available in Business Central.

The extension processes data only to deliver HRMS and payroll functionality within Business Central, consistent with the customer’s configuration.

The extension introduces fields and processes only as needed to support HRMS payroll scenarios.

Uninstalling the extension does not automatically remove data stored in the tenant; retention and deletion are controlled by the customer through Microsoft tools and policies.

inoday grants the customer a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable right to use the extension within licensed Dynamics 365 Business Central environments, subject to these terms and the customer’s Microsoft agreements.

Use the extension solely for legitimate business purposes in your tenant and in accordance with Microsoft marketplace and Business Central policies.

You may not:

All intellectual property rights in the extension remain with inoday. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in this EULA.

Acquisition, licensing, trials, and billing (if applicable) are managed via Microsoft AppSource / Partner Center under Microsoft’s marketplace terms.

inoday may deliver updates through AppSource. Customers should review release notes in the listing for new versions and changes required by Microsoft policies.

Availability and performance depend on Microsoft cloud service availability and the customer’s tenant status.

THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON‑INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL INODAY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless inoday from claims arising from the customer’s misuse of the extension or violation of these terms.

inoday may suspend or terminate rights to the extension for material breach. Upon termination, the customer must cease use and remove the extension. Data in the Microsoft tenant remains governed by the customer’s Microsoft policies.

Customer is responsible for compliance with applicable export controls, sanctions, and regulatory requirements when using the extension.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of courts at New Delhi, India.

If an issue relates to Microsoft platform availability or tenant services, inoday will guide customers to Microsoft support resources as appropriate.

1. AppSource Policies: The extension adheres to Microsoft Marketplace/AppSource listing and certification policies (value proposition, accurate source, security, functionality, testability, and supporting documents).
2. Business Central App Validation: The extension follows AL rules, including reserved prefix/suffix, required DataClassification on fields, defined permission sets (no SUPER requirement), and avoidance of prohibited APIs per AppSourceCop guidance.
3. Privacy & DSR: Data subject rights are supported through Microsoft’s DSR guidance for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform; customers manage requests via Microsoft tools.
4. Security & Trust: The extension relies on Microsoft’s cloud trust model for encryption, access controls, compliance certifications, and incident processes.
