inoday grants the customer a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable right to use the extension within licensed Dynamics 365 Business Central environments, subject to these terms and the customer’s Microsoft agreements.
Use the extension solely for legitimate business purposes in your tenant and in accordance with Microsoft marketplace and Business Central policies.
All intellectual property rights in the extension remain with inoday. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in this EULA.
Acquisition, licensing, trials, and billing (if applicable) are managed via Microsoft AppSource / Partner Center under Microsoft’s marketplace terms.
inoday may deliver updates through AppSource. Customers should review release notes in the listing for new versions and changes required by Microsoft policies.
Availability and performance depend on Microsoft cloud service availability and the customer’s tenant status.
THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON‑INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL INODAY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless inoday from claims arising from the customer’s misuse of the extension or violation of these terms.
inoday may suspend or terminate rights to the extension for material breach. Upon termination, the customer must cease use and remove the extension. Data in the Microsoft tenant remains governed by the customer’s Microsoft policies.
Customer is responsible for compliance with applicable export controls, sanctions, and regulatory requirements when using the extension.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of courts at New Delhi, India.
